Printing Standards

A clean signing starts before the borrower sits down:

• Dual-tray printer with letter and legal trays loaded simultaneously
• Pages printed single-sided unless instructed otherwise
• Page order preserved from your delivery exactly as sent
• Packages printed within minutes of receipt for same-day appointments

If your platform delivers via SnapDocs, Resware, SimpleNexus, or direct email, send the package and confirmation goes out within the hour.

Scanback Workflow

Scanback expectations vary by closer; we work to whatever your standard is:

• Documents scanned at 300 DPI, color or black-and-white per title's spec
• Critical-document scanbacks prioritized first, full package follows
• Uploaded to your platform or emailed within the agreed scanback window
• Critical scanbacks delivered before the borrower leaves the table when requested

Shipping and Delivery

Return-shipping is where a lot of signings slip. Our standard:

• FedEx or UPS pickup or drop scheduled the same day as signing
• Prepaid label, tracking number returned promptly
• Wet-ink originals shipped exactly as instructed — no exceptions, no improvisation
